Where will my order be delivered?
Where will my order be delivered?
We deliver our products to the curb by default. This means that the delivery person will deliver the order to the ground floor, at the curb or the main entrance of the address. Unfortunately, the delivery person cannot take the package inside, use the elevator, or deliver it to the door of an apartment on a higher floor.
Would you still like to have your delivery brought to your front door (even if it's on an upper floor) and are unable to do this yourself? No problem! Because this requires extra time and effort on the part of our delivery staff, we charge a surcharge of €79 for this service.
Please note: Would you like to make use of this service? Please let us know in advance via customer service. We need to notify our carrier in advance to make a special arrangement. This way, we can avoid misunderstandings and ensure that your planter arrives exactly where you want it!
