Features: The lamp cleaner grass 'Hameln' forms a beautiful, round clump of narrow green leaves that turn golden yellow in the fall. It is very hardy, robust, and has the great advantage of being very easy to maintain. From late August until well into the fall, the plant shines with creamy plumes that offer a beautiful silhouette even in winter. Thanks to its stylish and versatile character, this grass gives every garden a modern and soothing look.

Pennisetum 'Hameln' is characterized by its fine, overhanging green leaves that form a compact clump about 50 to 60 centimeters high. In late summer, the characteristic brush-like flower spikes appear in a soft, creamy color that later in the season turns light brown. Tip: Simply prune the ornamental grass back to about 10 centimeters above the ground in February (just before spring) to make room for fresh, new growth.
